Some Tips for Longer hair:-

Along with homemade remedies, you will have to take care of your hair for growing them faster. You just can't rely on stuff to work if you don't take proper care of your hair. Here are some tips that will tell you how you can take care of your hair.

1.Take right nutrients
You just don't take care of your hair from outside, you do it from inside too. If you take proper nutrients, vitamins and minerals in your daily diet, your hair is bound to be healthy and long. Take a diet rich in proteins, vitamins A, B and E, minerals like zinc and iron and food items rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
Buy vitamin supplements here.

2.Avoid Heating Products
Do not use blow dryers , heat rollers, heat curlers and heat straighteners on your hair, especially on wet hair. They make your hair brittle and they start breaking. If it's necessary to use them, then use them on minimum heat and use heat protectants as well. Buy hair protectant here.

3. Don't Comb Wet Hair
Combing wet hair makes your hair fall fast. When hair is wet, it's easy for them to break.
If your hair is a tangled mess after washing then use a wide toothed comb and not a brush. Start detangling from the bottom and then go up. Do not detangle them forcefully.

4. Avoid Shampooing Daily
When you shampoo your hair daily, you deprive them of their natural oil that helps them in growing. Shampooing twice or maximum thrice a week allows the natural oils to penetrate and repair and hydrate themselves.

5. Go for Regular Trimming
You must be thinking how cutting hair can help them in growing? Well they do. Trimming allows you to get rid of split ends and hence increasing length quickly. Split ends make your hair volume less and make them brittle and cause breakage of hair. Removing split ends is very important.

Conclusion:-

For getting longer, shinier, smoother and silkier hair you will have to work hard. It takes a while for hair to grow. But if you follow the above mentioned steps you might get longer hair in a shorter amount of time, but please have patience. Your hair can't become 6 inches longer overnight. You will have to keep patience and work on your hair to achieve your goal.
