Overview

In today's world where there is someone who wants to lose weight, there are some who want to gain weight too.
There are people who are always criticized for their skinny body. I know body shaming is not a good thing and whoever does that must be punished but our main concern is about that person who is being bullied. They are always thinking how can gain weight and become fit. This doesn't harm us physically or anything, but it lowers our morale. It lowers our self confidence. 

How to Gain Weight Exponentially:

There are basically two ways by which you can gain weight and become fit and healthy. The first one is by Food and the other one is by juices. Here we are going to talk about the first one, by food.
You will have to change your diet plan for about 1 month or approximately 28 days at least. You should not eat any kind of fast food. You will have to strictly monitor your diet and eat the things that we are telling you too. What you have to eat are fruits and vegetables along with some proteins daily according to the plan given below. You will be able to see a change in your body fitness. Your body will appear fuller and bulkier than before. You will regain your self confidence again and will become a better person all over.
The simple diet we have planned can increase your weight by app. 2-5 kg per week.
All you have to do is to follow the steps. But yes remember one thing, once you start this you may not stop before completion. If you are thinking of starting it, then please don't leave in between and don't cheat as well. This is because the level of diet will increase as you go in the middle of the diet plan as like middle of the month.
Basically we are going to stick to fruits and vegetables for gaining weight. Yes there are food items that increase your body weight rather than decreasing it. Just add some of the foods which are listed here in your daily diet, but eat healthy please.

1.Avocados

You should eat 2 Avocados daily, whenever you want, in whatever form you want. But I insist please eat it in raw form. You can make a salad or something from it.

2.Bananas

Now everyone likes bananas.
You will have to eat 1-3 bananas daily whenever you want.

3.Seasonal fruits

4. Mangoes

They are a delightful dessert that everyone loves. You will have to eat 1 daily up to 20th to 24th day of the diet.

5. Protein

Add some protein in your daily diet about 750 grams on an average per week. If you are vegetarian you can have pulses, milk and so on and if you are a non- vegetarian you can have meat, mutton, pork and eggs. 
By following this step you will not only gain weight, but also muscles which will help you in accomplishing a good physique. Try not to use whey protein. 

6. Lettuce, Cabbage And Cauliflower

They all are good sources of fat and do not have much carbohydrates, so they are good for your body. You can have them anytime you want in anyway you want.

7. Sprouts

A person who wants to gain weight starts to eat fast food which is high in calorie thinking this might help him in gaining weight, but he is so wrong. Junk food is harmful for our body and makes it false from inside. A person must know what a bizarre junk food is for their bodies. 

Harms caused by fast food:-

As tasty fast food is, it harms are body in so many ways:                       
1. They make our body fat which causes obesity.
The vital organs of our body are harmed. It's because of the oil they usually use in making that fast food. You know for a fact, oil can't be reused. When it's being used for the first time, several types of triglycerides (harmful fatty acids) are formed in it. When the same oil is used for the second time, these triglycerides seep into the food. After being used once, 60 percent of the oil becomes unfit for consumption. Plus the local vendors use cheap oil that's already not very good. And they use it again and again and again. How harmful it is for our vital organs, I think you can do the math. 
2.  They make our vital organs weak and when that happens, our immunity decreases too.
3.  They cause malfunctioning of your organs, thus giving rise to diseases like, diabetes, blood pressure, tuberculosis, etc.

Conclusion

If you eat these things and do not cheat during this time, you will see results in a month.
But please do not break this diet time table. You just have to eat this for 28 days, not more than that. And if you continue to eat these things daily you will be able to manage your weight gain on another level.
