 Overview

We often feel a burning sensation just below our lower chest bone after meals.
That burning sensation is because of Acidity. Acidity is a condition in which our stomach starts producing more acid than required. It gives us a burning sensation commonly known as "heartburn" or frequent burps, hiccups or farts(last one sometimes embarrasses us). Here we are going to tell you all about it. 1.Add banana, cucumber and yogurt in your daily meal plan. They are known to give instant as well as long term relief in acidity.
