OUTDOOR EXERCISES for becoming fit!

 Introduction

Exercising is very important if you wish to lose weight.
Any kind of workout makes you tired and sweaty that ultimately results in weight loss. We all can try to exercise within the confines of our homes, but exercising early in the morning, with all the fresh air filling your lungs has quite different appeal to it.
The new national lockdown guidelines give us little more freedom to go out. We are advised to take all the necessary precautions when we go out. So now, we can go to our nearby park and easily do some outdoor exercise we have been missing to do, that will keep us fit.
Here is the list of some of the outdoor exercise:

1. Jogging or Running

The most basic and easiest exercise is jogging or running which you can do easily on the roof of your house, if you are unwilling to go out otherwise you can go to your nearby park. Buy running shoes online here.

Skipping rope has its own charm.
It is not very easy I agree, but it's very helpful in losing weight. It mainly works on your belly fat and thigh fat. You should at least perform 50-100 repetitions for losing weight. It burns about 1000 calories, if you are skipping 100 times in 1 minute. Buy skipping rope online here

Everyone knows what that is. I think almost everyone loves dancing.
People who cannot dance well also dance when they are alone. Zumba helps in losing weight because, first you dance which is a type of physical workout and second, because you get motivated on seeing other people like you. You always work better if you have a sense of public belonging, so Zumba actually works for maximum people.

6. Walking

You might be thinking why have we included walking here when we obviously "walk" from one room to another in our house, but it hasn't caused any weight reduction, then why include it here? Well, to your surprise it does cause weight reduction. According to a study, walking for about 30 minutes at a brisk pace, burns about 170 calories.

7. Cycling

Cycling is a type of full body workout, which burns a lot of calories.
Cycling for 30 minutes burns approximately 300 calories at a moderate pace. It also makes your immune system Strong. People who cycle regularly have a lower risk of heart diseases, cancer and sedentary lifestyle diseases.

8. Yoga

Doing yoga at your home is beneficial, but doing yoga in open fresh air is a blessing. Yoga is a great way of relieving stress.
A study showed that doing yoga for about 30 minutes helps in burning approximately 150 calories. Along with weight loss, it makes your mind calm and brings peace to you. It improves your mental and physical well-being. Buy yoga mat online here.
Exercising outdoors is fun and helps relieve stress. Exercising in the morning is also beneficial as it's a little less crowded at that time. Most people are in deep slumber that allows you to roam freely without the fear of our dear coronavirus. The fresh morning air with misty chill of night, the little water droplets on the leaves, the gentle morning breeze and the chirping of birds are all natural stress busters. Nature helps you in starting your day with happiness and joy!
